Summer Camp 2010
Open to all Galileo Athletes, the focus of summer camp is to enhance the athlete’s core strength and agility. This is a 6-week commitment at the end of which, the athlete should be stronger, faster, and more conditioned. Coach Don Harris, head strength & conditioning coach of Galileo’s football program and physical education teacher, is the guru of this program that is in it’s second year.
Time: 2-4 PM (please be early)
What: weights, agility drills, conditioning.
Location: meet at the basketball court by the weight room. Drills cover the weight room, hall way, gym, field and other locations.
Deadline: sign up and drop in attendance are open for the first 2 weeks only.
