2012 Playoffs: Mission Outruns Galileo
After losing their first 3 in league play, the Lions finished with a 3-game win streak to reach the playoffs. In their first meeting, Galileo took some shots at Mission but fell short 39-20 at Galileo. In the first round of the playoffs, Galileo will get another shot at the #2 seeded Bears.

Ronzel Fox ran for 2 scores and Dontell Jackson ran for 1 late in the fourth quarter along with Kyle Nelson’s TD pass to Isaac Armstrong early on but Galileo could not slow down Mission’s offense, allowing 47 points in a chilly night at Kezar. The Lions, who ended the season on the strength of a 3-game winning streak to make the playoffs as the #3 seed, had a mirror-image of last season with a 4-6-1 record.
